RunningCarOnWater is a close second. This site offers three manuals. The first manual is the same guide that all the other “run your car on water” sites sell for $49. The second manual shows you how you can power your car strictly with water and no gas. They offer a 3^rd manual that shows how to run a car on compressed air. For all three of these guides you would normally pay $120. In this special bundle price, you can get all 3 manuals for just $59.95.

Water4Gas would be a tie for second choice. The results are almost identical to RunYourCarWithWater but with a price tag that is double. This is the original run your car on water product. Customer support is outstanding. The only negative is that the directions are a bit more difficult than out top pick.
